How can I change address or phone number in Order?

If you wish to change address or phone, you can connect us on info@pristineshaving.com / call us
on 8200421952. If your order is not shipped, our team shall make the necessary changes. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped.

I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

A rigorous quality check process is followed before the products are shipped. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Within 5 days of receiving the order, follow one of the following steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support team via email ( info@pristineshaving.com )
b. Call our customer care on 8200421952

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference through an email.

Step 3: In this case, we will be responsible to pick up this item from you. In case of a wrong product, we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

How do I cancel an order? (Before it has been shipped)

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by informing our team through an email on info@pristineshaving.com / call us on 8200421952.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and will initiate the refund within 48 business hours post the cancellation request.

Note: Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: -Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse -Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged -Serial Number is tampered -Product is used or altered -If request is initiated after days of order delivery.

When will I get my Refund?

The status of the refund will be shared through an email to you by our team.
In case of cancellation before shipment, we will process the refund within 48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our end.


How do I return an item purchased on pristine shaving?

·         Write to our Customer Support team via email at info@pristineshaving.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

·         Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace your order. Kindly email images of the product from 2-3 angles or a video capturing your concern and the invoice for our reference.

·         We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the replacement process for the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact.

·         In case your order is eligible for replacement, the new order will be shipped in 24-48 hours.

 

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

·         If the product is damaged due to mishandling.

·         If the product has been used or altered.

·         If a request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.

·         Personal care products like Safety Razors, Shaving brush, Bamboo tooth brush, Tongue Cleaner etc. cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.

·         India shipping charges – A flat Rs.50 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We attempt to process every order and ship it within 48 hours. Your order will get delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location in India.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

 

 

We deliver to all major pin codes across cities in India! You can confirm if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code on any product page. We deliver orders within the timeframe specified for a given pin code. Delivery timelines are measured in working days which exclude Sundays and public holidays. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed.

Express Delivery is applicable to limited pin codes only. If express delivery is available for your pin code, the eligible delivery option will be displayed during checkout. We deliver these orders with a 24-hour timeframe and a shipping fee of Rs 100 is applicable for orders below Rs.500. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed.

Returns Due To Non-Availability Of Customer:
To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please provide the correct pin code and contact number to ensure swift delivery.

In the event that products are returned due to the non-availability of a customer, we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refunds Policy.

If you would still like to receive the products we request you to place the order again.

ShippingCost:
Free shipping is available on standard delivery orders worth Rs 500 or more. In case the order value is less than Rs 500, a shipping charge of Rs 50 will be levied.
Also, In the case of Express delivery free shipping is available for orders worth Rs 500 or more. In case the order value is less than Rs 500, a shipping charge of Rs 100 will be levied.
