Thank you for shopping at Pristine Shaving. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Below are the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges.

1. Eligibility & Return Window

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Some types of products may not be eligible for return or refund (for hygiene or safety reasons, or due to product nature). For example—once opened/used—certain grooming consumables (soaps, creams, blades, hygiene-sensitive items) may be non-returnable.

If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly mentioned on its product page and at checkout.

3. How to Initiate a Return / Refund / Exchange

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at our customer support email / phone (as given on our website), within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. We may ask for supporting photos (e.g. if the item is damaged or defective).
  3. Upon approval, pack the item securely in original packaging (with tags, manuals, accessories).
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address we provide or drop it at an authorized courier/service point — as per our instructions.

Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is due to defective or damaged goods, we will cover shipping costs.

4. Refunds, Exchanges & Credits

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets our policy conditions:

  1. We will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping charges, if any), to your original payment method, OR
  2. Offer an exchange (same product or similar value) if available, OR

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we accept the return and receive the item. Store credits (if provided) will be credited within 3 business days of approval.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order details so that we can assess your claim.

If the claim is accepted, you may choose between:

  1. a replacement at no extra cost, or
  2. a full refund (including original shipping), or
  3. store credit.

6. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipping)

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you may contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we’ll cancel it and refund the full amount. Once the order is dispatched, standard return and refund rules apply.

7. Exceptions & Conditions

  1. Items returned after the 30-day window will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. Items that show signs of use, damage (beyond shipping), missing tags or packaging, or missing accessories will be rejected and returned to the customer (at buyer’s cost).
  3. Sale items / discounted items may have special return rules (if applicable), which will be clearly mentioned.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the return request does not comply with the conditions above.

8. Your Responsibilities

  1. Ensure returned items are securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
  2. Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, documents, proofs.
  3. Return the item within the stipulated 30-day window.
  4. Bear the return shipping cost (unless return is due to a defect or shipping damage).
